Faux Fur Collar Coat
Yesterday I popped to Bristol to finish my Christmas shopping and what a day it was, one of the best I've had in a while.Firstly this is THE coat I was raving about in my Motel blog post earlier last month. I was invited to a Motel/Glossybox evening event where Motel were showcasing their latest Christmas collection and I picked this coat as my gift. It's utterly gorgeous and I can't stop wearing it. So warm for this cold weather too.The rest of the outfit includes my DIY studded shorts I made recently and the lovely shirt I bought from BINTM Live. The tights/socks combo was an idea of making some Henry Holland esque tights. I'm wearing the bow print tights over the top of the socks but you'd never guess from a far.Bristol turned out to be so fun. On the train down I realised Motel's one and only boutique on Park Street were holding a Winter Wonderland event that day so I had to pop along. The first 20 girls through the door got a free item from their sample sale rails and items started from just £1 on lots of other things. So of course I was one of the first 20 through the door ;) after queuing for an hour, but we were treated to mince pies, mulled wine and free stickers/key chains/badges/motel tee etc. Once inside I spotted what I wanted to buy...an array of beautiful vintage bags on the wall automatically drew my eye! They have a great selection of vintage items in this store and I picked up 3 (yes 3!) bags for just £14 for the whole lot :D bargain!
